QUINCY –The Quincy Police Department arrested Colby Dedert, 36, on Sunday, August 16, for allegedly fleeing a traffic stop just two days earlier. Dedert faces several charges related to the August 14 stop near 18th and Oak, including aggravated fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, and multiple traffic violations.
