Clark County growth plan: Council mulls proposal to increase housing density while decreasing parking spaces

Proposed changes to Clark County’s development code will increase housing density while also decreasing spaces required for parking. These and other changes, which will be included in the county’s 20-year growth plan, were the focus of a July 22 council work session.
