After a long investigation, the Berlin Attorney General's Office charged Patricia Schlesinger with infidelity, rejecting all accusations.
It's about waste and nepotism, expensive conversions and business cars: in the summer of 2022, a scandal shook public service broadcasting. Now the former RBB director has to answer for herself in court, and not just her.
The legal clean-up work at the RBB is going into the next round. On Thursday, the Attorney General's office in Berlin announced that it had filed charges against four ex-functionalists of the station.
