CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Pennsylvania woman had her bail denied after being charged multiple times for selling cocaine to a confidential informant. Amanda Maggs, 45, of Mill Hall, was arrested May 21 and has four open cases in Centre County regarding drug dealing.
