The Public Prosecutor's Office of the National High Court has appealed for "premature" the third degree in prison granted by the Basque Government to former leader Etarra Henri Parot, responsible for the attack on Zaragoza's barracks in 1987, who was imprisoned in 1990 for a cumulative 40-year sentence.
