On the morning of this Friday, October 30, the Attorney General's Office of the State intervened the facilities of the Transit and Mobility Agency (ATM) and several units of the Municipality of Guayaquil, as part of an urgent act to preserve evidence before a possible opening of a prior investigation for an alleged crime of embezzlement.
