The Canadian government has announced that Mark Carney will receive the Prince of Abu Dhabi, Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyane, as part of a diplomatic rapprochement between Ottawa and the United Arab Emirates. The two leaders will meet on Monday and Tuesday, October 26 and 27.
