DOBLE LLAVE – Venezuela’s president, Nicolás Maduro, announced on Sunday that he promoted the Venezuelan ambassador to Colombia, Carlos Martínez, to a divisional general of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) in an active reserve situation, said Maduro in a dialogue with Carlos Martínez, who appears in military uniform, according to a video he posted on his Telegram account.
The 70-year-old ambassador is in "active reserve" condition.
