Pottstown to appeal rental inspection ruling to PA Supreme Court

POTTSTOWN — The borough has appealed a Commonwealth Court decision that ruled its practice of using administrative warrants to inspect a rental home where the occupants have refused the borough entry violated the Pennsylvania Constitution.
