The Goodwill on Needmore Road in Clarksville was evacuated Saturday after was is believed to have been a possible explosive device was found.  The device thought to have been a potential explosive was inside of a green bag found that had been donated to that Goodwill store, according to the Clarksville Police Department. Fort Campbell explosive ordnance disposal technicians safely removed a blasting cap found inside a donated bag at a Clarksville business Saturday afternoon.
