Police investigation at UW main campus Tuesday morning
WATERLOO REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY, ONTARIO, JUL 22 – A 36-year-old man was charged with possession of stolen goods and break-in tools after being stopped on a reported stolen bike carrying an inert grenade, police said.
