Residents are being ordered to “shelter in place” after a police incident unfolded late Tuesday at a Lehigh Township home, a dispatch supervisor said.A Northampton County 911 dispatch supervisor told lehighvalleylive.com investigators were called around 11 p.m. to Steven Lane for a welfare check. The shelter-in-place order was enacted shortly after and it’s continuing into Wednesday morning, the supervisor said.
