IPOH – Police are tracking down the owner of a vehicle that allowed several children to protrude parts of their bodies through the sunroof of the vehicle while it was moving on the highway. Ipoh District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Najib Hamzah said his department tracked down the 21-second video on Facebook yesterday. He said the incident is believed to have occurred on the Meru-Jelapang Highway at around 10:00 a.m.
