PMET Announces Multiple New Lithium/Caesium Discoveries in 2025 Drilling at the Shaakichiuwaanaan Property
PMET’s 2025 drilling at Shaakichiuwaanaan extended CV5 and CV13 pegmatite strikes to 5.0 km and 3.2 km with high-grade lithium and caesium, supporting upcoming feasibility updates.
- On December 15, 2025, PMET Resources Inc. released 2025 drill results showing the CV5 Pegmatite strike extends approximately 5.0 km and the CV13 Pegmatite extends about 3.2 km.
- The Feasibility Study and MRE updates prompted PMET Resources' 2025 drill campaign of 57,024 m across 245 holes, including step-out, infill, condemnation, and geomechanical drilling to support CV5 and CV13 development.
- At CV13, drill holes returned 14.6 m at 1.04% Li2O and a very high-grade 2.1 m at 3.95% Li2O, while CV5 Pegmatite showed 0.5 m at 17.9% Cs2O and 1.0 m at 9.1% Cs2O along with high tantalum and pollucite.
- Final assay certificates are expected over the holidays and remaining results will be reported in the new year; new drill data will update block models and support a revised economic study in H2 2026.
- The Property hosts one of the largest pegmatite MREs, with assays pending for the Vega Zone, and discoveries expand caesium and tantalum co‑product potential, according to the Company.
