The Welsh Government is one step closer to ensuring that Wales will be the first nation in the United Kingdom to ban greyhound racing, after they won a key vote yesterday (Tuesday, December 16). Members of Parliament voted by 36 to 11, in favor of the general principles of the Greyhound Racing Bill, preparing to ban the sport by April 2030.
