First Ikea online order pick-up machine inaugurated in Zaventem

Swedish furniture chain Ikea inaugurated a new automated pickup system for online orders on Monday. The system, named 'Collectomat', works like a drinks machine: a customer enters a unique code and his or her order is rolled out. Federal Secretary of State for Consumer Protection Alexia Bertrand (Open VLD) was allowed to test the system on Monday.
