PI AgSciences announces leadership changes for North America and Finance Organizations

Jan. 19, 2026, PI AgSciences announced Wes Hays will become North America Commercial Lead and Ryan Inkley will join as Chief Financial Officer.
Appointing veteran commercial and finance leaders aims to bolster North America sales for PREtech platform products and strengthen finance operations for PI AgSciences commercial business.
Wes Hays brings a long track record in ag markets, including 26 years with farmers and ag retailers and 13 years at Monsanto/Bayer, while Ryan Inkley joins with more than 23 years in finance leadership and holds an MBA and accounting degree.
With both leaders in St. Louis, Missouri, PI AgSciences announced that Wes Hays and Ryan Inkley will lead the team after Hays' notable impact since August.
PI AgSciences announced leadership hires with Monsanto/Bayer experience as it scales PREtech products, positioning the company to expand biologicals and crop protection solutions.
