Philadelphia man charged with burning down Drexel Hill garage

Upper Darby police have charged a Philadelphia man with setting a Drexel Hill home and a garage ablaze. Michael Ramsey, 58, was charged with arson, reckless burning, criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person.
