BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Starting Monday, March 25, drivers should expect delays along State Route 764, 6th Avenue and 7th Street in Altoona. The delays are as a result of a PennDOT intersection improvement project and will focus on the addition of a 75-foot left-turn lane along 6th Avenue at 7th Street.
