Penn Yan Man Arrested on Harassment Charge
James Crossno, 55, of Penn Yan, was charged with harassment in the second degree by Yates County deputies on April 9. The charge stems from an investigation earlier in the month where he allegedly subjected another individual to unwanted physical contact. Crossno is scheduled to appear at the Milo Town Court at a later date.
