- Presiding Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain noted that the accused face serious allegations, including attacks on state institutions, with Omar Ayub and Asad Qaiser among those named.
- Beyond the passport restrictions, the court maintained arrest warrants for those absent from proceedings, as officials work to declare the K-P Chief Minister and other accused individuals as proclaimed offenders.
- Multiple cases remain registered at Margalla Police Station against the accused, and the court directed police to submit the challan against the leaders as soon as possible.
