Park City Culinary Institute offers pasta-making class

Park City Culinary Institute is offering the opportunity to learn to make pasta from scratch. The class, taking place on Friday, March 29, 6:30-9 p.m., will focus on fresh egg pasta, pappardelle alla bolognese and shrimp scampi with fettuccine. A wine pairing will be available for guests 21 and over, and a non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider will also be served.
