Marcus & Millichap closes sale of 13,079-square-foot retail center in Little Elm
Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of India Bazaar Plaza, a 13,079-square-foot retail center in Little Elm, Texas. Scott Abeel and Philip Levy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer, both private investors. The asset is located at 1640 FM 423. Built in 2018, the retail center is fully leased to India Bazaar, one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s largest South Asian grocery operators, and Shahnaz Salon & Threading under triple-net leases. The property serves the rapidly growing Little Elm-Frisco trade area, one of North Texas’ fastest-growing and most affluent suburban corridors. The buyer plans to hold the property as a long-term investment.
