Former chief selector Haroon Rasheed believes Imran Khan's domestic cricket changes caused Pakistan's downfall. He recalled Khan insisting on reducing teams to five or six. This decision led to a decline in Pakistan's cricket standards. Rasheed suggested a hybrid model was initially proposed to the Prime Minister. He feels Pakistan needs to decentralize power to regional associations and departments.
