Editor’s Note: Pakha’s Thai House opened about the same time my husband and I, itinerant journalists, moved to the area, not too far from the restaurant, which was equidistant from our workplaces in York and Harrisburg. We were regulars for 20 years. Bill died last year, but I can still hear him ending our phone calls with “Meet you at Pakha’s.”
