The beautiful Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds are growing even more beautiful thanks to a colorful landscaping project at Paddy Smith Park. Jeff Rosendale, with Sierra Azul Nursery-Garden, John Skinner and Kevin Larkin created the concept for the park renovation.
