WELLSBORO — A suspended state trooper charged with vehicular homicide wants a judge to reconsider his order precluding at trial exculpatory testimony from a state police accident reconstructionist.At issue is the March opinion of specially assigned Columbia County Senior Judge Thomas James Jr. that precluded the defense and Cpl. Gary Beadle specifically from testifying regarding the alleged recklessness of Trooper Michael J. Brown.
