Owensboro Public Works declares ‘War on Potholes’

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - With the freezing and thawing of temperatures during the winter season, cracks in the streets turned into potholes. In order to fill the potholes, the Owensboro Street Department has declared a "War on Potholes".
