Over three years, over 1,000 doctors lost their jobs in Kowloon.

The health-care attrition rate in public hospitals continues to improve. In response to the Special Finance Committee of the Legislative Council, the Medical Health Bureau stated that in 2023/24, the turnover rate of full-time doctors was 6.1% and that of nurses was 9.5%, which is lower than the previous peak period.
