Outage keeps students at home

WARREN — Several area schools canceled classes Thursday due to internet and phone outages. Districts including Warren City Schools, Southington, McDonald, Hubbard, Howland, Liberty and Champion did not have classes according to Matt Roth, public relations coordinator at the Trumbull County Educational Service Center.
