Ottawa promotes destruction of new goods

Even though the practice has been denounced for years, traders continue to destroy brand-new goods before throwing them in the garbage, as I wrote at the end of the winter. I was not at the end of my surprises. I was told that Ottawa, far from discouraging this waste, is paying money to companies that are out of business.
