KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP entered into an impaired driving investigation on April 24 after a driver allegedly approached officers who were at a call for service. Police say at approximately 12:06 a.m., officers attended a call for service on Pleasant Point Road.
