The police did not have assets of more than 28 million lei, as a result of the 185 home searches carried out on Mondays under Operation Jupiter, which aims to combat crimes under the intellectual property rights regime.
Today, April 27, in the context of International Intellectual Property Day, celebrated every year on April 26, under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police, actions are being carried out at national level to combat crimes under the intellectual property rights regime.
Police and prosecutors launched a nationwide action on Monday, 27 April, under Operation Jupiter, to combat intellectual property offences. 185 home searches are carried out throughout the country in 76 cases.
