The Redstone development group will start building a new city district in Olomouc this year. The Šantovka district will also have a thirty-eight-meter-high hotel. The city council decided not to object to the building. The investor changed his plan on the recommendation of Olomouc. Instead of a monoblock of shops, restaurants and offices, an open space with a promenade, a square and several buildings will be created near the center.
