The Nova Estrada Real Consortium, formed by the Brazilian company Construcap and the Spanish companies Copasa and Ohla Concesiones, won the auction for the concession of BR-040/495/RJ/MG, which connects Juiz de Fora (MG) to Rio de Janeiro, on Wednesday (April 30, 2025).
