Kaufman County – On August 29, 2026, at approximately 4:25 a.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) Highway Patrol (HP) responded to a two-vehicle crash on US-80 near FM-460.   A preliminary investigation indicates an Infiniti QX3 was traveling east on US-80 in the exit lane to FM 460.
