ODIHR's Election Observation Mission chief announces in Belgrade.

Local elections held in 89 cities and municipalities in Serbia were well conducted and offered different political alternatives, but negatively affected the electoral process were widespread pressure on public sector employees, abuse of state resources and media that favored the ruling coalition, said today in Belgrade the head of the OSCE ODIHR Monitoring Mission for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Lamberto Zanier (Zannier).
