NTSB releases documents related to deadly chocolate factory explosion

Summary by Ground News
The National Transportation Safety Board has released documents related to the investigation into last year's deadly natural gas explosion at the R.M. Palmer chocolate factory in West Reading. The agency traced the explosion to a natural gas leak in a service tee that was installed in 1982. The NTSB also found Palmer's emergency preparedness plan didn't include natural gas emergencies.
