The site ranked the worst-performing permitted installation in Wales two years running was found to be holding an estimated 406,500 cubic metres more waste than its permit allowed. Natural Resources Wales has now raised the permitted levels, and says the law obliged it to. A separate investigation into permit breaches goes on.
