Vasant Narashiman, managing director of the pharmaceutical laboratory, will receive 24.9 million Swiss francs (27.3 million euros) for 2025. An increase of 30% in one year. The Swiss foundation recommends opposing the three votes on the remunerations, including those of the administrators. On the other hand, ISS is in favour.
The Ethos Foundation recommends that Novartis shareholders reject the items on the agenda of the general meeting on March 6th regarding remuneration. It criticizes the high amount received by the managing director Vasant Narasimhan.
