A man has been charged with the murder of his roommate at Norristown State Hospital. Pennsylvania State Police report that Kyle Samuels-Robey allegedly killed Jacob Gonzalez by strangling him. Montgomery County Detectives revealed nurses and security guards found Gonzalez unresponsive after Samuels-Robey approached hospital employees asking for ice for his swollen arm. Samuel-Robey is expected to go to court on July 25th.
