Norris Fastest Ahead of Antonelli in Final Mexico Practice
Norris set a late benchmark as Antonelli, Leclerc and Verstappen stayed within a tenth in a session disrupted by penalties and power-unit changes.
- On Friday, Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc dominated both practice sessions at the Mexico City Grand Prix, setting a fastest lap of 1:17.827 at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

- Ten rookies participated in Friday's opening practice, while red flags halted the second session after Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson collided, and Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton suffered a power failure.
- Team Principal Fred Vasseur confirmed Ferrari is investigating the power-related issue that ended Hamilton's running, with repairs to be decided before Saturday's final practice and qualifying.
- Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli enters the weekend 123 points clear and needs only a ninth-place finish Sunday to secure his first Formula 1 title, becoming the sport's youngest champion.
