The World Cup buzz is growing.
The Norwegian Ice Hockey Association joined the Finnish front.
There is another major sponsor that will stop funding the World Ice Hockey Championship if Russia plays in it. The Czech betting company Tipsport and the Swedish company AJ Produkter were joined on Tuesday by the Finnish company Nokian Tyres. Since last year, it has been the official partner of the championship for the years 2026 and 2027.
After AJ Produkter's announcement yesterday, another sponsor is now following suit: Finnish Nokian Tyres.
The Finnish tyre manufacturer does not want to support the tournament if Russia is allowed to do so.
