More and more personalities are no longer allowed to be insulted in the net. On Thursday, it was Ö3 astrologist Gerda Rogers who brought a case against a hate poster. Meanwhile, there are so many private lawsuits that politics is required to improve the hate-in-the-net fighting law – otherwise the already overloaded national courts will soon reach their limits.
