- The Bradley Creek wildfire remains out of control at 2,603 hectares with no significant growth since Sunday, posing no immediate threat to the City of Vernon. The fire burns near the north end of Okanagan Lake.

- Amber Cardenas, an OKIB resident who lost her home, described the 'rollercoaster of emotions' after losing irreplaceable family heirlooms. By Sunday morning, about 250 evacuees had registered at the Kal Tire Place reception centre in Vernon for emergency support.
- Acting Mayor Akbal Mund confirmed Sunday that winds calmed and flames moved away from Vernon. Municipal crews remain on high alert, and the city advises residents to practice FireSmart actions to reduce wildfire risk around their homes.
- More than 5,000 people were forced from their homes across British Columbia over the weekend as crews battled extreme winds and lightning. Officials continue managing 126 active wildfires Monday, including the Quilpituk Creek fire, as the province faces ongoing wildfire risks.
