WASHINGTON (WLNE) — A North Kingstown man who admitted to being part of the Jan. 6 Capitol attack was sentenced to prison Tuesday. Court records show that Bernard Joseph Sirr was sentenced to two months in prison, followed by 12 months of supervised release. He will also serve six months of home detention.
