NiTEO Products, a Portfolio Company of Highlander Partners, Acquires Folex
NiTEO Products expands its branded household cleaning line with Folex acquisition, backed by Highlander Partners and $3 billion in assets under management.
DALLAS-Based NiTEO Products announced the acquisition of Folex from Barrett and Patty Lash, supporting its goal of expanding household cleaning brands.
Folex, founded in 1966, is based in Tualatin, Oregon, and primarily sells through Target, Home Depot, and Lowe's, gaining a cult-like following for its efficacious products.
Monroe Capital LLC provided senior financing, and NMP Capital supplied mezzanine debt and equity to support the transaction, which expands NiTEO Products Household Products division.
NiTEO said the transaction supports its strategic objective of building a branded portfolio and thanked Barrett and Patty Lash for entrusting the FOLEX brand.
With more than $3 billion in assets under management, Highlander Partners employs a buy-and-build approach, according to NiTEO announced, supporting growth through acquisitions.
