Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, known as “Nino Dollar,” surrendered to authorities on Monday after being identified as the driver of the SUV involved in a traffic accident early Saturday morning on Abraham Lincoln Avenue, which killed two people and injured another. According to National Police spokesman Diego Pesqueira, the man went to the Motorist Center on Monday morning.
