In light of the earlier-than-usual start to the influenza season, Niigata City has decided to accelerate the start of routine vaccinations for the elderly. Since the start date for these vaccinations can be moved up at the discretion of the local government once vaccine supply is in place, vaccinations in Niigata City are available from September 10th at participating medical institutions.
