Nicole Kidman's Plunging Chanel High-Slit Dress Gets a Feathery Twist at Emmys
On Monday, Nicole Kidman arrived at the 78th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series as an executive producer of the Apple TV series Margo's Got Money Troubles.
Kidman's attendance marks her return to the Primetime Emmy Awards after a nine-year hiatus, having previously won in 2017 for her role in Big Little Lies.
Walking the red carpet at the Peacock Theater, the actress wore a custom white Chanel midi dress with a defined waist, thigh-high split, and feather-trimmed sweetheart neckline, completed with Chanel High Jewellery and an Omega watch.
During the opening monologue, host Mariska Hargitay mimicked Kidman's viral cinema monologue, prompting the actress to interrupt by saying, "that's my part," referencing her recent film Babygirl.
Her production company, Blossom Films, developed the nominated series, which Apple TV confirmed will return for a second season earlier this year, following her recent Practical Magic 2 press tour.
